Job Title: Leasing Agent

Job Description: Responsible for supporting multiple sites during their busy season (summer). Will report directly to the Director of Multifamily Operations NOT Property Manager like it says in attached JD. Various tasks from operations, marketing, legal compliance, and additional duties as assigned. Will facilitate maintenance repair coordination, assist with resident applications, lease renewals, assist in rent collection, etc. SEE ATTACHED. They will work out of Arcadia office.

Duration: Temp, will assist with busy season this summer

Salary: $20-$25/hr

Environment: Private real estate company based out of Arcadia, CA managing apartment communities in Northern and Southern CA. Multifamily housing, affordable housing, senior housing, etc. This position is specifically for multifamily housing.

Parking: Included

Hours: Monday-Friday, full time. 8-5p
